The program starts on 5th October **** and runs until 1st October ****. Program Overview The Graduate Program (Discover) is a partnership with Camilo José Cela University, designed for recent graduates from various disciplines who want to develop their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The program blends academic learning with practical experience, including a Master-level training and an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to the student's degree. Internship Role - Ethics & Compliance Team During the internship you will work in the Ethics and Compliance team in Getafe, gaining exposure to the application of compliance policy and process frameworks within the aerospace industry. You will help manage risks associated with international business deals, focusing on preventing corruption, fraud and conflicts of interest. The role also offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and develop both hard and soft skills under the guidance of experienced compliance professionals. Responsibilities Conduct compliance risk analysis and verification during business acquisition processes, including country-specific reviews. Perform due diligence of third parties and manage documentary filing. Review and negotiate compliance clauses in contractual settings. Monitor affiliates' compliance with policy and processes; support remediation activities related to audit findings. Execute Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Supplier checks, interfacing with AML aspects. Observe regulatory changes in compliance and related industry standards. Deliver training sessions and prepare presentations on lessons-learned cases. Support preliminary investigations with fact-finding work. Manage the evaluation and approval process for gifts, hospitality, sponsorships, donations and memberships associated with sales campaigns.

Requirements

University Bachelor's degree followed by Master's education in Law Studies (preferably with complementary education in Business Administration or Finance). High level of integrity, discretion and ability to handle commercially sensitive information. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines. Outstanding analytical thinking and capacity to simplify complex matters for efficient reporting. Proficiency in data structuring, analysis and maintenance; skilled with Google and Microsoft office tools and AI applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; French and/or German is a desirable plus. High motivation to learn by doing in compliance matters, with a proactive, respectful, friendly, resilient, adaptable and team-player attitude; ego under control. Desirable: previous internship or professional experience within a multinational environment, law firm or international institution.
