Required Skills & CapabilitiesM365 productivity apps including:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings, OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clip champ, To Do, Planner, Project, M365 Co-pilotAdditional desired skills: SharePoint Online Technical ExperienceDeep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments. Role RequirementsFluent English oral and written communication.Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
