Requirements
What technical experience is required for the role?Degree-level education (2:1 or above) in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, IT, or similar).Exposure to cloud data tools or reporting technologies (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Azure, Snowflake)Understanding of data governance, master data management, migration and integration principlesExperience of working with public sector or large complex organisationsFamiliarity with project delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)Proven experience in a data or finance systems consulting role, ideally within ERP transformation or financial technology projectsStrong understanding of accounting processes, data structures, and financial reportingHands-on experience with data migration, data quality, and data analysis in a systems change contextWillingness to manage a small team and develop your people management skills in line with company policies What personal attributes are important to demonstrate?Possess intellectual capability and ability to apply critical thinking and logic to solve problemsUnderstand our clients are our priority - we always want to exceed delivery expectationsBe resourceful and able to use initiative, to "think on your feet"Highly numerate and analytical and a desire to learn new conceptsBe commercially astute in understanding and identifying business development opportunitiesConfident and polished in communication / presentation skills suited to a client facing role in order to lead workshops and requirement gathering sessionsA people person - credibility in engaging, interacting and managing key senior stakeholders Possess excellent communication skills with individuals of all levels - verbal and writtenA positive demeanour, proactive, can do, solution-seeking attitudeDelivering results within tight deadlines, possess a strong work ethic and always go the extra mile when requiredBe able to deal with pressure, changes of priority and ambiguitySmart, professional and well presented at all times
