SAP Business One Consultant

Henley Morgan is partnered with a fast-growing SAP Business One Gold Partner in the North West that is expanding its consulting team off the back of a strong pipeline of mid-market manufacturing and distribution clients. We are looking for a hands-on SAP Business One Consultant who enjoys end-to-end project work - scoping, configuring, training and supporting customers through go-live and beyond.

You will join a tight-knit team of consultants and developers, working on greenfield implementations, version upgrades (including HANA migrations) and add-on rollouts. Expect a mix of client-facing delivery and internal pre-sales support, with genuine scope to grow into a senior or lead consultant role., Lead and support full-cycle SAP Business One implementations across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and production modules. Run discovery and requirements workshops with stakeholders from finance directors to warehouse operatives. Configure SAP B1 (SQL and HANA), build process documentation and deliver end-user training. Work alongside developers on Boyum B1UP, Beas Manufacturing and bespoke SDK extensions. Own UAT, cutover and hypercare for go-lives. Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support to existing customers. Contribute to pre-sales demos and scoping for prospective clients.

2+ years' experience implementing or supporting SAP Business One (essential). Strong understanding of finance and either distribution or manufacturing processes. Comfortable with both SQL and HANA versions of SAP B1. Confident running workshops and presenting to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with at least one of: Boyum B1UP, Beas, Produmex, Crystal Reports, SAP B1 SDK. UK-based with the right to work in the UK; willing to travel to client sites occasionally. Bonus: SAP B1 certification, exposure to Service Layer or integration tooling, second European language.

Salary £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus. Hybrid working - 1 to 2 days per week on client site or in their Manchester office. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell.
