ResponsibilitiesLead the marketing workstream for a large-scale website re-platform programmeCoordinate the migration of practice websites onto the new Sanity CMS platformManage and oversee website build activity and go-live deliveryWork closely with Project Managers, Technical Architects, marketing teams, and development partnersBuild strong working relationships with third-party agencies, web development partners, and SaaS vendorsEngage with operational, practice, and technical stakeholders across the businessHelp improve digital data quality and customer journey performance through initiatives such as first-party data capture and server-side taggingIdentify opportunities to introduce AI-enabled tools to improve content delivery, analysis, and operational efficiencySupport delivery of a scalable, consistent, and high-performing digital platform across a multi-site environment
Requirements
Skills & ExperienceExperience working with CMS platforms, ideally Sanity CMSProven experience delivering large-scale website re-platform projectsExperience working within multi-site and/or multi-brand environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to explain technical or complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working alongside third-party agencies and delivery partnersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple website launches simultaneouslyUnderstanding of modern digital marketing technologies, analytics, and data optimisation practicesExposure to Azure-based digital platforms would be beneficialComfortable working in a fast-moving transformation environment
