Role Summary:Own the technical architecture of the SAP ILM landscape, ensuring optimized design, performance, connectivity, integration and data volume management Key Responsibilities:Design technical architecture for ILM Retention Warehouse & data archiving Configure SAP SLT, SAP ILM, SAP IQ database & retention storageLead connectivity setup between SAP HR, SLT, ILM & SAP IQ Drive technical performance tuning and data volume managementSupport ILM technical design, migration strategy & cutover readiness Must-have vs. nice-to-haveMust have : Worked as SAP ILM as Architect in past projects , SAP Archiving, SAP SLT, SAP IQ, Data Volume Management, SAP HR-ILM-SLT Integration, Technical Architecture, Performance OptimizationGood to have : SAP HR, Policy Configuration, Audit Processes, Experience range (minimum/maximum) 12-15 years overall, 10-15 years relevant experience
