Job description

Support the Product Owner with backlog creation (user stories/requirements).- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build strong end-user relationships.- Drive migration of applications from Citrix to Microsoft Surface desktops.- Translate complex specifications into clear product outputs.- Analyse and document processes, data flows, and system interactions.- Collaborate with engineers, testers, and team members for quality delivery.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

Requirements:- Experience as a People/HR Systems Analyst with hands-on Workday expertise.- Background in BAU support, releases, and regression testing.- Strong HR systems data analysis and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently in a sprint-based environment.- Excellent communication skills and confidence as a functional SME RegardsAnita
