Job description
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the hotel technology stack, including PMS, POS, CRM, RMS, payment, wellness, and guest experience systems
- Own the end to end technology architecture across the portfolio, defining integrations, data ownership, system standards, and implementation roadmaps aligned to opening timelines
- Manage vendor RFPs, commercial negotiations, SLAs, and third-party delivery partners to ensure successful system procurement and project execution
- Deliver all pre opening technology activity including PMS configuration, integrations, testing, commissioning, UAT, staff training, and go-live readiness across multiple hotel openings
- Support future acquisitions and European expansion through technology due diligence, feasibility assessments, integration planning, and scalability analysis
- Oversee ongoing operational performance of all hotel systems post-opening, driving optimisation, reporting, vendor management, staff onboarding, and continuous improvement across the portfolio
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel technology or hospitality systems
- Proven delivery of at least one full PMS implementation from configuration through go live
- Strong hands on experience with Mews and/or Opera Cloud
- Solid understanding of integrations between PMS, POS, CRM, RMS, payment gateways, channel managers, and guest facing platforms
- Experience running or contributing to structured vendor evaluations and RFPs
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation capability
- Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions
- Confident communicating with both operational and ownership stakeholders
