Senior UX Designer

• Lead and implement user experience design activities for web and mobile educational products.
• Develop information architecture, user flows, and interaction designs to support accessible, engaging platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, content, engineering, and product management, to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Present and articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, guiding iterative improvements.
• Contribute to design systems by establishing and promoting high-quality, accessible patterns and standards.

• Proficiency with UX wireframing, visual design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or Penpot.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
