AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to support ML/AI initiatives focused on claims processing, provider prediction, automation, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, predictive modeling, and cloud-based AI solutions within healthcare or insurance environments., * Develop and deploy ML/AI and GenAI solutions for business use cases.

• Build predictive, forecasting, and optimization models using modern ML techniques.
• Analyze large datasets, perform statistical analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Work with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Agent Core, Spark, Hadoop, and cloud-based platforms.
• Process, validate, and optimize structured and unstructured data for analytics.

• Master's/Ph.D. in STEM with 2+ years of experience OR Bachelor's in STEM with 7+ years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare analytics/data science experience.
• At least 1 year of focused Generative AI experience.
• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI/LLM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, AI/ML model development, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Spark, Hadoop ecosystem, and Snowflake.
• Healthcare/Health Insurance domain experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
