Job description
- Assist with ERP support and process improvement initiatives
- Document business requirements and system functionality, and create BI Reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors
- Conduct research to identify and improve key business metrics and produce Data Analytics
Requirements

1+ year of experience in business analysis or similar role (manufacturing environment preferred)

Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics Any experience with reporting software i..e PowerBI, Tableau, etc. is a plus.

Strong analytical and communication skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (federal contract requirement)
Benefits & conditions
This is a 5 days/week onsite position, with lots of training and mentorship provided by the client. Full-time position, will start off as a 2-month contract-to-hire.
