Job description

As a strategic partner to the VP, Global Head of IT and CISO the IT Project Manager is responsible for ensuring critical IT and Security initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and at an exceptional level of quality. They plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. They also define the project's objectives, oversee quality control throughout its life cycle and provide reports to senior management., * Strategy and Project Planning: Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Communicates project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders. Liaises with stakeholders regularly to provide updates and gather feedback.

  • Project Monitoring and Management: Develops and maintains project schedules and timelines. Tracks and reports on project milestones and deliverables. Analyzes status reports, troubleshoots issues, and adjusts plans as necessary. Establishes project success criteria and communicates them to all parties involved. Conducts project post-mortems and documents lessons learned and recommendations.

  • Operational Planning and Management: Directs and oversees project development from initiation to closure. Identifies and resolves project issues and conflicts. Develops and delivers detailed progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Manages changes in project scope and devises contingency plans to mitigate potential crises. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
