Senior Manager - SAP Architect (S/4HANA)

The Senior Manager - SAP Architect (S/4HANA) is responsible for leading the design, strategy, and execution of SAP solutions with a strong focus on S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role ensures that SAP architecture aligns with business objectives, supports innovation, and enables scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision., SAP & S/4HANA Strategy

• Define and lead the SAP S/4HANA roadmap, including greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid transformation strategies
• Align SAP architecture with enterprise IT strategy and business goals
• Provide thought leadership on S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and cloud adoption
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and digital transformation, * Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, etc.)
• Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Oversee system integration strategies using SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, and middleware tools, * Collaborate with program/project managers to ensure successful delivery
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and solution complexities
• Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards, * Act as a trusted advisor to business executives and IT leadership
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Present architecture designs and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Build strong partnerships across business units and IT teams, * Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards, * Oversee integration of SAP S/4HANA with non-SAP systems, cloud platforms, and third-party applications
• Drive adoption of modern integration approaches such as event-driven architecture, APIs, and microservices
• Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability, * Build a high-performing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement
• Manage external vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of SAP experience, including:

• 5+ years in SAP architecture or leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations

• Deep expertise in SAP modules and platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, * Expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration strategies
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, integration tools (CPI, PI/PO)
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Risk management and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, * SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Solution Architect - S/4HANA)
• TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification
• Experience with RISE with SAP and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
• Industry experience (manufacturing, retail, healthcare, finance, etc.)
