Job description
· Contractor will Support NGA's Assurance and Governance Office (QA) Accreditation of AI Models (AGAIM) program.
· Staff will identify and acquire imagery in support of Level 3 Accreditation-the application of the AI algorithm to operational imagery data sets to ensure it works as intended-efforts.
· The Contractor will serve as experts in their respective image modality and prepare imagery of the necessary quality, standards, and requirements.
· The Contactor will develop solutions that are informed by the specific phenomenology limitations and advantages of the sensors and platforms.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Remote sensing?, * Experience with SAR imagery analytical products and conducting multi- INT analysis
- Experience using unstructured, structured, and semi-structured data and visualization tools to exploit data through use of programming and scripting
- Experience applying advanced geospatial skills
- Desired: Experience working with or developing machine learning algorithms for exploiting overhead imagery and/or motion imagery
Senior-level requires minimum of 4 years experience:
- Experience as a SAR expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
- Experience with SAR imagery quality metrics and sensor metadata
- Experience exploiting SAR to determining the occurrence and location of OOI
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of SAR
- Exhibit an understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
Expert -level requires minimum 6 + years experience:
- Experience as a SAR expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
- Experience with SARPy and Matlab SAR toolbox
- Experience with RNIIS, information theoretic-based image quality metrics, SAR imagery quality metrics, and sensor metadata (e.g., graze, squint)
- Experience exploiting SAR to determining the occurrence and location of an OOI
- Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using SAR imagery with tools like Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of SAR
- Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
- Desired: Experience applying CV and machine learning to SAR imagery
