Job description
We are looking for a hands-on IT Support professional to serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all end-user IT needs. This role goes beyond basic help desk support, offering exposure to networking, system administration, Microsoft 365, and security tools., * Provide Tier 1 IT support (password resets, account setup, onboarding/offboarding)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and application issues
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) environment
- Assist with network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Work with firewalls and basic security tools
- Act as the face of IT for on-site users, providing excellent customer support
- Manage and resolve IT tickets while maintaining strong user communication
Requirements
- Experience with networking and account administration (beyond basic SaaS provisioning)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to support non-technical users with patience and clarity
- Comfortable working on-site and being the visible face of IT
Nice to Have
- Linux familiarity
- Experience with security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender)
- VoIP / phone system troubleshooting
