Job description
The Application & Device Support Analyst is a mid-level role responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise mobile devices and the applications that run on them. This position goes beyond basic device management - the ideal candidate brings a QA mindset to application-level troubleshooting, navigating live environments, identifying issues, and escalating findings with clear documentation. The role operates within complex, secure enterprise network environments and requires a solid technical foundation across networking, cloud platforms, and client-server systems.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT support, mobile device management, or application support roles.

Hands on experience with MDM tools.

Demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise applications, test functionality, and report issues in a structured way.

Experience supporting enterprise level, secure private networks (not just public/consumer environments)

Understanding of basic networking concepts: TC/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS, and firewall configurations.

Working knowledge of relational databases at a conceptual level (e.g., understanding how data flows between application layers).
Basic SQL or log analysis experience
