Job description
You will develop and design wireless power systems. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of analysis and manufacturing discipline while working with cross-functional teams to meet all specifications and requirements necessary to ship a product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to resolve system coexistence issues and ensure robust performance across different operating environments.","responsibilities":"Writing requirements, specifications, and test plans for both hardware and firmware
Defining factory tests and test limits; and working with factory partners and peers to perform failure analysis and drive corrective actions.
You will guide the team in the development of necessary algorithms, state-transition diagrams/flowcharts, and operational analysis for each regime of operation.
You will also support Qi compliance activities to ensure products meet industry standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Statistics?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Comfortable tackling new challenges with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams to make timely design tradeoffs based on available information
Hands-on experience and proven track record in system definition, integration, architecture, prototyping, and validation
Knowledge of and experience with direct wireless charging
Experience delivering high-volume products from concept to mass production, including working with contract manufacturers
Experience with firmware definition and debugging
Experience collaborating with cross-functional firmware partners
Experience leveraging AI tools to automate engineering workflows and improve productivity (e.g., schematic/layout review, data analysis, test automation)
Direct coding and algorithm design experience is a plus
Master's or PhD in a relevant EE field
Minimum Qualifications
Solid EE fundamentals in both analog and digital design with focus on Power Electronics.
Solid fundamentals in modeling, data collection, data analysis, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Matlab).
Circuit level simulation experience in EE simulation platforms like Cadence/ADS/LTspice etc.
