Job description

  • Translate business needs into data-driven solutions by identifying the right data sources and analytical approaches.
  • Prepare, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reviews.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive operational improvements and smarter decisions.
  • Ensure data quality and governance while finding opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Dataiku, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a high-performing, multi-functional team.
  • Adaptability and openness to change, with the ability to stay fluid when priorities shift.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with an approach focused on high-quality work.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.
