Job description

Within a large international organisation operating in the service operations and logistics domain, the mission is to deliver high-quality services to customers worldwide. The organisation focuses on parts availability, delivery precision, and operational excellence across multiple business units and regions.

In this context, activities include supply planning, large-scale distribution centres, regional support hubs, and service centres across Europe. The organisation values agility and continuous improvement, responding quickly and efficiently to evolving customer needs.

Environment

You will join a major central distribution hub, operating at significant scale, managing millions of order lines per year and supporting global operations. This environment acts as a strategic backbone for the organisation's service and logistics activities, supported by a large, engaged, and multidisciplinary team.

Your Mission - Turning Data into Business Impact

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business challenges into actionable data solutions within a complex logistics environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business needs into automated reporting and analytical solutions
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards that support decision-making
  • Contributing to the organisation's data maturity and data-driven culture
  • Coaching colleagues on data literacy and analytical best practices
  • Leading technical analytics projects from concept through delivery
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the modern data platform, ensuring business requirements are clearly captured and aligned with central IT teams

Requirements

  • Strong background in data analysis (a Master's degree is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, SQL, Python, and Databricks
  • Curious and pragmatic mindset, with a passion for making data usable in real-life operational contexts
  • Willingness to challenge assumptions and explore new analytical approaches
  • Strong team spirit and ability to adapt easily in a dynamic environment

Benefits & conditions

You'll benefit from autonomy, variety, and purpose in a dynamic, international logistics environment. The role offers:

  • A flexible working setup and strong attention to work-life balance
  • The opportunity to create tangible impact on large-scale supply chain operations
  • A culture that values initiative, learning, innovation, and collaboration
  • A supportive environment built on trust, ownership, and long-term development

This is not just a role-it's an opportunity to grow a meaningful career, contributing to the evolution of complex, data-driven operational ecosystems.
