Job description
In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users across the EU region, support infrastructure and end-user environments, and assist with IT projects and system implementations while maintaining high levels of customer service., * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT technical support for EU users
- Act as the first point of contact for users in the German office
- Support desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing systems
- Configure and support iPhones/iPads and Microsoft Office applications
- Assist with IT projects, deployments, and system implementations
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS-related tasks
- Maintain ServiceDesk tickets and provide detailed issue reporting
- Support networking and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Work closely with overseas IT teams and stakeholders

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous helpdesk or desktop support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Microsoft environments and networking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate IT environment., * Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced IT helpdesk or desktop support environment or University degree in IT
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support for corporate users is beneficial
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking, and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceDesk/ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Good understanding of ITIL best practices
- Business-level English and conversational German (CEFR B1+)
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
