Head of Core Infrastructure

TECH STACK:

• Wide-Area-Networking
• ITIL- oder SRE-Prinzipien
• "Automation-first"-Mindset (Ansible, Terraform, ...)

• 10+ Jahre IT-Infrastruktur, davon bestenfalls 5 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle mit multidisziplinären Teams
• Idealerweise bringst du einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem MINT-Fach mit
• Erfahrung mit ITIL- oder SRE-Prinzipien in wachstumsstarken Umgebungen
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Sicherheitsteams in Matrix- oder "Security-by-Design"-Umgebungen

Netzwerk & Sicherheit

• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse des Fortinet-Stacks: FortiOS, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, HA-Cluster und VDOM-Konfigurationen
• Erfahrung in der Konzeption verteilter Netzwerkumgebungen mit Hunderten von Satellitenstandorten via IPSec
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in BGP/OSPF-Routing und SD-WAN

Cloud & Infrastruktur

• Erfahrung in der Verbindung von On-Premises-Rechenzentren mit Public-Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure oder GCP)

Automatisierung & DevOps

• "Automation-first"-Mindset mit praktischer Erfahrung in Terraform oder Ansible - Must-have
• Vertrautheit mit CI/CD und der Fähigkeit, einer Entwickler-Community von 150+ eine stabile Infrastruktur bereitzustellen
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit innerhalb eines Matrix-Sicherheitsmodells
