Job description
We're one of Europe's fastest-growing EdTech companies, on a mission to make learning as fun and addictive as your favorite series. From bite-sized training to full learning journeys, everything we create is designed to inspire people to grow-both personally and professionally.
Behind the scenes? A team of curious minds, creative thinkers, and tech enthusiasts who love solving real problems and making everyday work smoother for everyone. We move fast, support each other, and keep things human-always.
Join a growing data team building the foundation for a data-driven, product-led growth company. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to turn raw data into reliable insights that drive commercial and product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analysis of revenue and product metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, expansion)
- Build and maintain self-service dashboards in Tableau for non-technical stakeholders
- Write clean, well-documented SQL on Databricks to support the centralized data hub
- Partner with Data Engineers to define and validate data models; be a loud voice on data quality
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks - and analytical findings into business language
- Contribute to a data culture: define metrics, document definitions, challenge assumptions
You'll thrive here if you
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage data infrastructure
- Have opinions about metric definitions and aren't afraid to push back
- Want to grow toward predictive modelling and data science over time
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Data Analyst in a B2B SaaS or subscription business
- Expert-level SQL; comfortable working in Databricks/Delta Lake environments
- Proven Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) skills - building for self-service, not just for yourself
- Experience with revenue/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV, funnel analysis)
- Strong written and verbal communication - you translate complexity, you don't hide behind it
- Python is a plus, not a requirement
- Machine Learning is a plus
- Detail-oriented by nature - you catch what others miss and care about getting it right
- A finisher: you follow through, meet deadlines, and don't let things fall through the cracks
- Structured thinker who can take a fuzzy strategic vision and break it into a clear roadmap and actionable work items
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented - "how do we make this work?" is your default mode
- Collaborative without needing constant direction - you ask the right questions, then run
