Build and scale backend services that serve real business impact

Contribute to architectural decisions and system reliability

Work with modern tooling and practices as part of a forward-thinking engineering team What You'll Do

Build and maintain scalable backend services in Golang

Design APIs and event-driven systems in AWS

Contribute to the technical roadmap and engineering standards

Set up monitoring, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code

Own services in production: testing, performance, reliability, and incident handling
Requirements

4+ years of backend engineering experience, with solid Golang skills

Experience with API architecture and microservices

Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling where it adds value

Experience with relational databases Nice to have

Experience with event-driven architectures

Kubernetes and containerization experience

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)

Benefits & conditions
- Annual salary between €70,000 and €85,000 based on 40 hours a week (incl. holiday allowance)
