ERP/CRM Configuration SME

• Gather, interpret, and refine business needs to create clear functional documentation and solution designs.

• Configure ERP and CRM platform features to align system behavior with operational and customer-facing processes.

• Develop and maintain client-side scripts to extend application functionality and improve user experience.

• Build and support APIs and system integrations that enable reliable data exchange across business applications.

• Partner with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to convert requirements into practical configuration and development tasks.

• Manage configuration changes using structured control processes to protect system stability and traceability.

• Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

• Contribute to enhancement initiatives by recommending improvements that increase efficiency, usability, and system value. Requirements * Experience configuring ERP and/or CRM platforms in a complex business environment.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting for application customization and interface behavior.

• Ability to create and interpret business requirements documents with clarity and accuracy.

• Hands-on knowledge of configuration management practices and controlled release processes.

• Experience developing or supporting APIs for integrations between enterprise systems.

• Background in Salesforce development or related CRM customization work.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
