Requirements
7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles

Deep hands-on expertise with GitLab SaaS/Managed and Terraform Cloud/Enterprise

Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code

Practical experience using AI-assisted tools within engineering workflows Ownership & Execution

Proven ability to own and operate production platforms end-to-end

Demonstrated experience operating live systems with high availability and security requirements

Strong bias toward automation, reliability, and operational excellence Collaboration & Communication

Experience partnering with engineers, security, and product teams

Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to mentor and elevate other engineers through practical guidance
