You can work well with others and work efficiently when accomplishing independent tasks., 5+ years of experience designing and developing high-quality frontend websites using HTML and CSS
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Knowledge of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices in secure government environments
Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Knowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles
Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, or a related field, or 5+ years of professional experience working as a front-end developer, web designer, UX designer, or related field in lieu of degree
Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively with a team
The Nice to Haves:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
UX/UI, Accessibility, or Front-End Development Certifications
Experience developing and/or managing websites using a CMS, such as Joomla!
Ability to show a portfolio or share links to project examples showcasing design expertise
Ability to lead and manage projects through the website development process
