Job description
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases
- Build and optimize machine learning models, LLM-powered applications, and inference pipelines
- Develop prompting frameworks and orchestration logic for GenAI use cases (e.g., RAG, agents, document search)
- Prepare, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data for model training and inference
- Integrate AI solutions into applications, APIs, and workflows using modern software engineering practices
- Establish model monitoring, logging, evaluation, and retraining processes to ensure reliability and performance
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions to business needs
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide recommendations on tools, models, and platforms
- Document AI designs, implementation approaches, and operational considerations
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in Python for AI/ML development
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning or AI models in production environments
- Experience with ML and GenAI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Experience working with LLMs and GenAI applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases)
- Familiarity with MLOps or AI deployment practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, containerization)
- Solid understanding of data concepts, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
