Job description

An established manufacturing related company is seeking an experienced and self sufficient IT Support Specialist to support daily IT operations in a fast paced business environment. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely technical support for end users. The position may also assist with data entry and administrative support tasks for other departments as needed., ・Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices ・Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions ・Respond to and resolve help desk tickets while maintaining proper documentation ・Configure and deploy workstations and related equipment ・Perform routine maintenance, software installation, updates, and troubleshooting ・Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records ・Update and follow IT documentation and operational procedures ・Support data entry and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail ・Prepare reports and documentation related to IT operations ・Provide support for meetings, events, and internal user requests ・Escalate technical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution

Requirements

・3 to 5 years of hands on IT support experience in a business environment required ・Degree or coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred ・Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ・Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills ・Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace ・Preferred experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Server environments ・Preferred experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, or help desk support ・Experience with data entry or administrative support is a plus

Benefits & conditions

[ Working Hours / Working style ] ・8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday ・Fully onsite during the first 90 days ・After 90 days, eligible to work from home once per week + flexible hours

[ Working Location ] Smyrna, GA

[ Salary / Benefit ] $60,000 to $70,000 annualy
