Job description
The UX Analyst will be part of an Enterprise UX team, working with multiple project teams requesting UX support, as well as actively working on style guides and UX guidelines.

Analyze user behaviors and translate user requirements into both low and high-fidelity wireframes

Create and update wireframes based on user and stakeholder feedback.

Ensure all wireframes and screens follow Enterprise UX standards and help establish new standards where none exist.

Ensure intuitive design is applied to the wireframes and is successfully implemented by the development team, including reviews of developed screens in the test environment

Manage and support user feedback collection and analysis activities, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and interviews for various systems

Prepare for and facilitate virtual user feedback sessions such as usability testing

Present output, trends, and recommendations from user feedback activities to the client

Research, write, and review UX guidelines and style guides.
Requirements
- Experience in User Experience, Human-computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, or related areas
- Experience with creating and documenting information design concepts and solutions through both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience working with Low-Code Platforms (Service Now, Salesforce)
- Experience with usability testing, including preparing test plans and associated wireframes, facilitating test sessions, analyzing data, and reporting and presenting results
- Knowledge of creating, managing, and supporting other user research methods including surveys, card sorting, interviews, etc.
- Ability to recommend the best user experience possible while considering technical feasibility and business goals
- Ability to prioritize issues, meet deadlines, and balance efficiency and quality
- Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Axure, Figma (i.e. Figma Make), and Claude Design
- Experience documenting design patterns as style guides, pattern libraries, or design systems
- Experience writing and researching UX guidelines
- Experience working with teams utilizing AI-assisted development
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
