Job description

  • Develop and support Salesforce CRM solutions
  • Build Apex classes, triggers, workflows, dashboards, and LWCs
  • Develop and support Agentforce AI agents
  • Work on IVR integrations involving Avaya, Cisco, and chatbots
  • Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams in Agile environments
  • Support deployments, automation, and version control processes

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Agentforce AI Agents, and IVR technologies such as Avaya Aura and Cisco.
