Agile Transformation Program Manager - IT Operations & Global Information Security

Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Program Manager to lead enterprise-level Agile adoption initiatives across IT Operations and Global Information Security for a large-scale, global gaming organization. This role is not a traditional project manager position - it is focused on driving Agile transformation at scale, including training, coaching, and enabling teams across infrastructure and security domains. The ideal candidate has successfully led enterprise Agile transformations, built and delivered training programs, and can influence teams operating in complex, regulated environments. This individual will play a key role in evolving delivery frameworks, improving execution across global teams, and aligning Agile practices with security and operational priorities., Agile Transformation Leadership

• Lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives across IT Operations and Global Information Security
• Assess current state and implement scalable Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid models)
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices across multiple teams and workstreams
• Establish governance, metrics, and continuous improvement processes

Training & Coaching

• Design and deliver Agile training programs for technical and non-technical teams
• Coach teams, managers, and stakeholders on Agile principles, ceremonies, and mindset
• Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and leadership alignment sessions
• Mentor teams on backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery execution

Program Delivery & Execution

• Oversee execution of transformation initiatives across global teams
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Ensure alignment between Agile delivery and enterprise operational goals
• Support integration of Agile practices within existing IT and security processes

Security & Global Environment Alignment

• Partner with Global Information Security teams to align Agile practices with security requirements
• Support transformation initiatives within regulated, compliance-driven environments
• Work across global teams and distributed stakeholders in a large enterprise setting

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a strategic partner to IT, Security, and business leadership
• Provide executive-level reporting on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes
• Drive alignment and adoption across cross-functional teams, * Successfully drives Agile adoption across IT Operations and Security teams
• Delivers impactful training that improves team execution and delivery outcomes
• Establishes scalable Agile frameworks across a global organization
• Aligns Agile practices with security, compliance, and operational requirements
• Gains buy-in from leadership and drives measurable transformation outcomes

• 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with strong focus on Agile transformation
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations (not just team-level)
• Hands-on experience developing and delivering Agile training programs
• Strong experience working in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Security environments
• Experience working within large, global organizations
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certifications such as:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

• SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

• PMI-ACP

• PMP Certification

• Experience working in regulated industries (gaming, finance, healthcare, etc.)

• Exposure to Global Information Security programs or security-driven initiatives
