Systems Administrator (HPC Linux)

• System Hardening & Security Compliance, * Strong experience administering and maintaining Linux systems in heterogeneous, multi-platform environments
• Expertise troubleshooting operating system and kernel-level issues using source code analysis, crash, system logs, systemtap, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience managing Satellite repositories, patching, and custom kernel builds
• Strong scripting experience using Bash/Bourne Shell and Expect
• Experience automating system configuration, maintenance, and deployment using Ansible and Satellite Server
• Solid understanding of identity management systems including LDAP and token-based authentication
• Experience supporting secure and mission-critical Linux environments
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience supporting High Performance Computing (HPC) environments
• Experience administering large-scale Linux infrastructure in secure government or defense environments
• Experience improving operational workflows through automation and standardization
• Knowledge of secure infrastructure best practices and system hardening methodologies
• Experience supporting centralized supercomputing facilities or enterprise compute clusters

Mandatory Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph - Required
• U.S. Citizenship - Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AIS, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting or developing system software in multi-platform Linux environments
