Software Engineer [$233k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly

• Develop and maintain sophisticated software systems, focusing on complex algorithm development and large-scale data manipulation.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and requirements analysis to testing, integration, and defect resolution.
• Engage with both backend web services/servers and user interface (UI) development.
• Leverage a diverse technology stack including cloud platforms, containerization, web frameworks, and various databases.
• Provide technical leadership for development teams and produce clear technical documentation., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, applying principles of Software Architecture and Systems Engineering.
• Design and implement advanced algorithms for large data set manipulation and analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis, software design, and integration testing.
• Perform rigorous software testing, defect resolution, and system optimization.
• Work extensively with backend web services, servers, and modern user interfaces (UI/UX Design).
• Utilize a broad range of technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher for cloud-native applications.
• Apply expertise in Java, Spring, JavaScript, Node.js, Svelte, React.js, and Angular.js (including Angular2, Angular4) for full-stack development.
• Manage and query databases such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, with strong SQL skills.
• Employ development tools like Git, Maven, Jira, and Confluence for version control, build automation, project management, and documentation.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools like Kibana for system performance analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and specifications.
