Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of full stack development experience or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4+ years of full stack development experience
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Angular (18+) is required, along with proficiency in TypeScript, core JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS; Exposure to other modern UI frameworks such as React is a plus
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with solid knowledge of API design best practices and standard methodologies
- Hands-on experience developing scalable mid-tier services using Java-based or equivalent backend frameworks
- Experience using Node.js with a strong understanding of the npm ecosystem and package management
- Experience with Monorepo and micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Nx) is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD practices and modern testing frameworks is a plus
Engineering & Delivery:
- Proven ability to deliver resilient, high-quality software systems at scale
- Experience building robust, user-centered front-end experiences, products, and platforms
- Specialist understanding of the full UI development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and resolution
- Strong commitment to engineering perfection, balancing high quality with a rapid delivery cadence (bi-weekly and, at times, daily releases)
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with personal accountability for outcomes and results
Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate optimally across multiple teams distributed across geographic locations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
