- Develop and enhance front-end features using Angular 16 with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Execute framework and dependency upgrades to keep applications current and secure.
- Refactor legacy front-end code to improve reliability, testability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end quality.
- Contribute to CI/CD-friendly front-end build pipelines and testing practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver small iterative improvements.
- Participate in team ceremonies and provide clear status and risk communication.
Requirements
Our client seeks a front-end focused full-stack engineer to modernize Angular applications and enhance reliability. The role will emphasize Angular 16 development, UI performance, and front-end architecture while contributing to back-end services in an object-oriented stack. You will drive upgrades, reduce legacy debt, and deliver new features in a collaborative eSales environment. Familiarity with Java or other OO back ends such as .NET will be acceptable., * Professional experience building single-page applications with Angular 15+.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, RxJS, state management, and component-driven architecture.
- Experience upgrading Angular applications and managing dependency/version changes.
- Strong front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Experience integrating RESTful services and handling authentication/authorization on the client.
- Exposure to object-oriented server-side languages such as Java or .NET.
- Familiarity with unit and integration testing for front-end code.
- Experience working within CI/CD workflows and source control.

Rate: $70.00 to $64.00/hr. w2, Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
