Job description
- Support engineering and production teams with technical projects and operational initiatives
- Create and maintain assembly instructions, layout drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Assist with mechanical design modifications and product customization
- Operate, test, and evaluate machinery to improve performance and efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment and support process optimization efforts
- Assist with equipment testing and implementation of new ideas and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
- Support customer communication and project coordination as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Hands-on mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus
