Job description

  • Support engineering and production teams with technical projects and operational initiatives
  • Create and maintain assembly instructions, layout drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Assist with mechanical design modifications and product customization
  • Operate, test, and evaluate machinery to improve performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot equipment and support process optimization efforts
  • Assist with equipment testing and implementation of new ideas and solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
  • Support customer communication and project coordination as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Hands-on mechanical or electrical aptitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus
