Job description
As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will be a key member of our People Tech team, responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to develop and enhance HR processes, applications, and systems. You will play a critical role in building new, improved and modern processes, configuring systems, and enhancing our current SuccessFactors platform along with additional systems across the broader People Tech ecosystem to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, leveraging technology solutions. Service as a subject matter expert for end-to-end employee lifecycle flows.
- Configuration: Lead small-scale configuration projects and enhancement initiatives within SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, Goals, etc.), including module setup, business rule setup, workflow design, and system customization.
- System Maintenance: Proactively monitor, maintain, and enhance the functionality of our SuccessFactors systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Data Management: Maintain and recommend best practices for managing foundational data as well as support projects and requests for bulk data upload and mass changes into HRIS ensuring proper validation, documentation, and audit controls.
- HR Systems Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials for HRIS processes and applications.
- Training and Support: Develop training and support to end-users on HRIS applications and processes, ensuring effective utilization and adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies like Generative and Agentic AI, and evaluate opportunities to apply them in ways that enhance and automate processes, improve service delivery, and reduce manual efforts across the employee lifecycle.
- Integrations: Lead the design and development of new system integrations, ensuring solutions aligning with business needs, data structure, and system architecture. Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations, resolving data, or process issues.
- Compliance and Controls Partnership: Partner with IT, IT Security, and internal audit to support the SOC and SOX controls ensuring audit readiness activities, evidence collection, and remediation of gaps. Lead system UAT and provide sign-off on Production changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in SuccessFactors configuration and customization, focusing on modules like Employee Central, Performance, Goals, Learning, and additional modules.
- Hands-on experience with native and API-based methods (OData/SFTP) with HCM and other HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR integrations and middleware concepts; familiarity with tools such as SAP CPI, Boomi, or comparable platforms is required to collaborate effectively with IT and external integration partners.
- Up to date with emerging technologies like Generative AI, across all HRIS.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment., * SFx Certifications in SuccessFactors or relevant HRIS platforms.
- Experience with low-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query) to build point solutions or automation.
- Experience working with OpenText Extended ECM or similar document management tools to support the employee lifecycle.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this full-time position is $74,500.00 - $117,700.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
