Job description

We are seeking an OT/ICS Cybersecurity Architect with strong expertise in industrial cybersecurity, OT security architecture, and critical infrastructure protection. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments across energy, manufacturing, utilities, and critical infrastructure sectors., * Design and implement OT/ICS cybersecurity architectures and secure industrial environments

  • Develop network segmentation, secure remote access, and OT-to-IT integration strategies
  • Create and maintain OT/ICS security reference architectures, blueprints, and roadmaps
  • Deploy and support OT/ICS cybersecurity tools and platforms
  • Implement security solutions using Claroty, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Splunk, Cisco, ServiceNow, and TxOne
  • Conduct OT/ICS security assessments, validation testing, and compliance reviews
  • Perform consequence-based risk assessments and Cyber PHA analysis
  • Lead OT vulnerability management and remediation planning initiatives
  • Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness activities for industrial environments
  • Design and implement OT monitoring, threat detection, and incident response solutions
  • Develop OT/ICS incident response plans and monitoring workflows
  • Integrate monitoring and alerting processes with ServiceNow workflows
  • Develop OT/ICS cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation
  • Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for operational teams and vendors
  • Provide strategic guidance on OT/ICS governance frameworks and security best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT, OT, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Lead project teams, mentor junior resources, and support solution development activities
  • Research emerging OT/ICS cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with OT/ICS security tools, network segmentation, vulnerability management, incident response, industrial security frameworks, and enterprise cybersecurity architecture., * 10+ years of US experience in cybersecurity, network architecture, or OT/ICS security environments

  • Strong expertise in OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture and industrial network security
  • Hands-on experience with Claroty for OT asset discovery and vulnerability management
  • Experience with Palo Alto and Cradlepoint firewalls, segmentation, and secure connectivity
  • Experience with CrowdStrike for OT monitoring and threat detection
  • Experience with BeyondTrust secure remote access management
  • Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-82 and IEC 62443
  • Experience with Splunk, Cisco security technologies, ServiceNow, and OT endpoint protection tools
  • Hands-on experience with OT vulnerability management and Cyber PHA methodologies
  • Strong understanding of incident response and OT security monitoring
  • Experience supporting critical infrastructure and industrial environments
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience creating architecture documentation and technical security roadmaps, * Experience supporting energy, utilities, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure clients
  • Experience leading enterprise OT/ICS transformation or security modernization initiatives
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading cybersecurity project delivery
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness programs
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Experience with enterprise SIEM and OT monitoring platforms
  • Experience supporting hybrid IT/OT cybersecurity environments
