Job description

We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join a modern frontend engineering team building scalable web and mobile UI solutions. This role is primarily frontend focused, with close collaboration across backend engineers, product owners, designers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is handson, investigative, and proactive able to pick up tickets, analyze existing codebases, research solutions, ask the right questions, and deliver highquality UI features.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Reactbased web and mobile user interfaces
  • Investigate assigned tickets; analyze existing code and document findings
  • Research implementation options, propose solutions, and recommend best approaches
  • Collaborate with backend developers, BAs, UX designers, DevOps, and business partners
  • Build JavaScript clients consuming RESTful services
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant UI implementations

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing JavaScript UI applications using React.js
  • React Native a plus
  • Handson with frontend build tools: Babel, Webpack, npm, Yarn
  • Experience integrating REST APIs
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Working knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG/ADA) and accessibility testing tools
  • Familiarity with browserbased debugging and performance tools
  • Experience building responsive layouts using Flexbox and/or CSS Grid

Nice to Have

  • JavaScript unit testing experience
  • Mobile UI development experience
  • Backend exposure using Java / Spring Boot
  • Experience working with databases
