Information Technology Project Manager

Flavorchem is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ERP enhancements and internal IT initiatives across our global manufacturing environment. Reporting to the CIO, this role drives structured project execution, cross?functional alignment, and predictable delivery across multiple technology workstreams. The salary range for this position is $115k - $135k depending on experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of ERP and IT projects
• Partner with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans
• Lead cross?functional planning, testing cycles, and change control
• Maintain project governance, documentation, RAID logs, and communication standards
• Coordinate vendors, resources, timelines, and dependencies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization
• Support a 24/7 manufacturing environment with disciplined execution and strong follow?through

• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience
• Strong understanding of ERP, integrations, data flows, and IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast?moving environment
• Proven ability to document business processes, requirements, and project artifacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project documentation tools
• PMP/Agile certifications and manufacturing experience are a plus
