Job description
- Resolve escalated NOC incidents independently within SLAs
- Provide onsite and remote infrastructure support
- Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Support enterprise networking, data center, VOIP, and systems
- Create and follow SOPs; document work in ConnectWise
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements
- Associate's degree + 10 years IT experience (or equivalent)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
- Experience in enterprise IT / NOC environments
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (ONE OR MORE)
- Networking: CCNP Enterprise, Wireless, and/or Security
- Data Center: CCNP Data Center, MCSA Server, VMware (Veeam/SAN)
- Collaboration: CCNP Collaboration, 10+ years VOIP
- Desktop: MCSA Client OS, imaging, patching, deployments
