Job description

  • Resolve escalated NOC incidents independently within SLAs
  • Provide onsite and remote infrastructure support
  • Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays)
  • Support enterprise networking, data center, VOIP, and systems
  • Create and follow SOPs; document work in ConnectWise
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Associate's degree + 10 years IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
  • Experience in enterprise IT / NOC environments

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (ONE OR MORE)

  • Networking: CCNP Enterprise, Wireless, and/or Security
  • Data Center: CCNP Data Center, MCSA Server, VMware (Veeam/SAN)
  • Collaboration: CCNP Collaboration, 10+ years VOIP
  • Desktop: MCSA Client OS, imaging, patching, deployments
