Job description
The Salesforce Developer / Application Developer will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining applications associated with the agency's mission on multiple platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft SQL, and Oracle. Responsibilities include performing deep-dive analysis and reverse engineering of existing code, applying fixes, developing application changes, participating in planning, design, development, and implementation of new applications, supporting development and test environments, writing technical documentation, and working with Business Analysts and functional users to determine requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a lead developer on one or more Salesforce implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science OR 7+ years of developer experience.
- SQL experience.
- Salesforce development, configuration, and administration experience.
- Ability to work hybrid in Phoenix, AZ.
- US Citizenship.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Qualified candidates should have experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and administration; Salesforce Public Sector Solutions applications and APIs; MuleSoft integrations; relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server; Agile methodologies; source control; refactoring and redesigning existing systems; technical documentation; written and verbal communication; customer-focused problem resolution; and working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: Active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred. Salesforce Certified Public Sector Solutions Consultant certification is highly preferred. Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer II Certification is a plus.
