SAP MM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant to join the Supply Chain IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP MM solutions to support supply chain operations and business initiatives.

The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, BI/ABAP developers, and cross-functional functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions, support data migration activities, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure smooth project cutover and go-live support.

This is an onsite role requiring presence in the Houston office 4 days a week. No remote exceptions., * Configure and support SAP MM modules including:

• Troubleshoot and support IDOC/EDI integrations between:

• SAP to SAP systems
• SAP to non-SAP systems

• Support integrations involving:

• Advance Ship Notifications (ASN)
• Vendor Invoice Processing
• Procurement Transactions

• Collaborate with BI and ABAP teams to develop:

• Functional Specifications
• Technical Specifications
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Enhancements
• Conversion programs

• Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP solutions before deployment.
• Analyze and resolve complex SAP MM functional and data-related issues.
• Participate in MRP planning, inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and procurement operations.
• Ensure data integrity and process optimization across supply chain systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and large-scale SAP implementations.

• 5 8+ years of SAP MM Functional consulting experience.
