Manager, Software Engineering

Henry Schein One is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams building Dentrix, the industry's must trusted and awarded dental practice management system. This individual will drive excellence across engineering, quality assurance, and product delivery, while fostering a high-performance, people-first culture. You'll play a key role in aligning engineering with strategic objectives, enabling delivery through an empowered engineering team, and ensuring security, compliance, and reliability at scale. You will lead engineers to execute projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with cross-functional collaboration across product, architecture, and business leadership.
