Job description

Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business and IT service management needs Build and customize applications, workflows, forms, and dashboards using ServiceNow best practices Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other enterprise workflows Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues and performance challenges Support platform upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure platform security, data integrity, and adherence to governance standards Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and deployments

Requirements

3-7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or platform engineering Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Familiarity with ITSM processes and enterprise workflow automation Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD) preferred but not required
