Regionalization Reporting

Generates reporting output and presentation

Provides Analysis and Key Insights into regional reporting

Builds and Maintains reporting requirements

Prepares regionalization reports for all 16 markets

Performance Metrics

Generates reporting output and presentation

Provides Analysis and Key Insights

Identifies areas of opportunity

Responsible for centralization of Performance Metric reporting i.e. AHT, ACW, SCAD

Where possible calculates standard deviation of metrics

Trend Analysis

Generates reporting output and presentation

Provides Analysis and Key Insights

Identifies areas of opportunity

Responsible for centralization of Trend Analysis reporting i.e. SRs, Sub-SR, Call Demand Variation, etc.

Reporting Dashboards

Implementation and Sustainment of reporting dashboards i.e. Tableau, QB, etc.

• 3 years' experience working with data and reporting

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills (Able to perform formula functions such Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot Tables/Charts, and General Excel Knowledge base)

• Experience with creating PowerPoint presentations and other Microsoft Office programs

• Experience developing Power BI Visual Dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience with formatting data

• Tableau experience creating workbooks

• Quickbase experience creating applications, High School Diploma

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
