Lead Regional Strategy: Develop and execute short- and long-range sourcing strategic plans for Professional and Corporate Services, ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps and enterprise priorities.

Master Complex Negotiations: Lead high-stakes contract negotiations for SaaS, cloud services, and global managed services, focusing on multi-dimensional value such as risk mitigation, service levels (SLAs), and favorable commercial terms.

Deliver Financial Impact & Project Excellence: Drive cost reduction and cash flow goals by directing the end-to-end execution of complex sourcing projects; you will implement Total Cost Ownership models and process efficiency initiatives to optimize spend while ensuring global projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Champion Digital Transformation: Actively support the Global Procurement Digital roadmap by adopting Agentic AI, autonomous digital workers, and advanced spend analytics to enhance decision-making and automate routine tasks.

Manage Supplier Ecosystems: Establish governance frameworks for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to ensure business continuity, performance compliance, and continuous innovation from strategic partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or a similar field.

8+ years of professional experience in Procurement.

Proven track record of leading complex, high-value negotiations and a deep understanding of contract law and risk management.

Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT, Telecom, or Professional Services

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent experience managing large-scale global procurement transformations.

Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CIPS or CPSM).

Proficiency with electronic Sourcing tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and experience operationalizing AI/automation use cases.
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range $139,200.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
