Job description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Reporting.
  • Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and Workday releases.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for Workday, resolving complex system issues.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, including advanced matrix reports.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot reports to improve performance, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Manage report governance, including cataloging, version control, naming conventions, and security access.
  • Develop and maintain calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
  • Manage Workday security configuration, including domain and role-based security.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration, reporting, and system support.
  • Strong experience with Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent).
  • Proven experience building and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Experience managing Workday security and business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Preferred Education and/or Experience

  • Experience supporting Workday releases and working in an agile or project-based environment.
  • Workday certifications in HCM or Reporting.

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:
