We're looking for a Scrum Master with a creative edge-someone who understands how people, process, and technology come together to make complex systems work. This role isn't about being the deepest technical expert in the room. It's about knowing how software, tools, and teams connect, and helping diverse groups move forward with clarity, rhythm, and purpose.

If your background includes time as a bartender, musician, teacher, performer, coach, or other people-focused role, we want to hear from you. Creativity, communication, and adaptability matter just as much as technical knowledge., Unconventional backgrounds are a plus, including:

  • Bartending / Hospitality
  • Teaching / Education
  • Music, Theater, or Performing Arts
  • Coaching or Group Leadership
  • Community or Service Roles

Why You'll Love This Role

  • You'll work with smart, driven people across technical and business teams
  • You'll help shape how work gets done-not just follow a template
  • Your personality, energy, and "vibe" actually matter here
  • You'll make a real impact on how teams collaborate and deliver
