Java Full Stack Tech Lead

• We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead / Banking Consultant with experience in the banking/financial services domain and Java Full Stack expertise.
• The role involves leading end-to-end development, designing scalable solutions, and working closely with business and technology stakeholders in a consulting environment., * Lead design and development of end-to-end full stack applications
• Drive integration and API strategies across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing consulting role
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
• Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions

Domain Experience: Must have strong experience in Banking / Financial Services (Payments, Lending, Retail Banking preferred)

• 10+ years of IT experience with Java Full Stack development
• Strong backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices
• Frontend experience with Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Hands-on experience in REST APIs and API integrations
• Experience with Apache Camel, ESB, and messaging systems (Kafka/ActiveMQ/JMS)
• Good understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
• Experience with SOAP/REST services, XML (XSLT/JAXB), JSON, and flat files

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
